Our Mission StatementOur goal is to produce the highest quality beef possible. We live in the beautiful Tassajara Valley east San Francisco bay. Our animals are hand fed daily and naturally raised; no chemicals are used on our pastures. We use a scheduled vaccination program to protect against disease; no growth stimulants or antibiotics are used. This is the nurturing aspect we believe produces the best beef. The other aspect is genetics. The Angus breed has the best data to document inherited characteristics over generations. We began with registered Angus and then made the transition to Wagyu with its known ability (though not as well documented) to produce legendary well-marbled beef.
